Great pictures!Thank you. That's what life is all about , if only we can learn from a single tree..... It can give shelter, help us breathe better, reduce pollution and make it green all over- a wonderful sight. We are lucky to watch this metamorphosis all over Mysore. We can feel it day by day as we go for walks early in the morning.

FORT is only asking us to help ourselves by planting, caring for trees.

Not only this tree, even the banyan at the Subbarayanakere had shed all its leaves and offered a look of all twigs and branches. Now the very same tree is with full of life, green leaves all over. That is nature. That is Maheswara - creation, preservation and destruction. A single tree demonstrates all these three aspects of nature. There is a lesson to be learnt from each tree. There is a philosophy that each tree offers, for all those who want to learn what life is. Good work GVK.
